Professor Al Muderis started his private practice in 2010. He is a world-leading surgeon specializing in hip and knee arthroplasty, reconstructive surgery and osseointegration surgery. Currently, he also works as a Clinical Professor at Macquarie University Hospital and the Australian School of Advanced Medicine. Also cooperates with Sydney Adventist Hospital and Norwegian Private Hospital.

Al Muderis’ life mission is to help people with disabilities, restore mobility and give hope to those in need around the world. In addition to academic and clinical work, he is involved in humanitarian work around the world. In particular, it led him to Ukraine.

In December 2022, Al Muderis and a team of Australian doctors performed more than 20 extremely complex limb reconstructions and prosthetics operations at the hospital of the First Medical Association of Lviv. Today, the leading surgeon joined the team of ambassadors of the UNBROKEN project.
