Patients

The UNBROKEN Center is the largest medical facility in Ukraine where defenders and civilians — both adults and children — affected by the war receive a full cycle of treatment: from emergency care to prosthetics and psychological rehabilitation.
Each patient is supported by a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes the individual’s personal goals and needs. The team includes a surgeon, traumatologist, prosthetist, and specialists in physical and psychological rehabilitation.

In order to receive medical services (prosthetics, rehabilitation, surgery, orthopedic treatment, etc.), please fill out the form. Adults fill out the form themselves; for underage patients, the form is filled out by a legal representative.
