UNBROKEN Foundation

About us
The UNBROKEN Charitable Foundation is a charitable organization that ensures the smooth functioning and development of the UNBROKEN humanity ecosystem. We sincerely believe that even in the darkest times, together we can heal and move forward.
History of creation
The UNBROKEN Charitable Foundation was created by two young veterans - Serhiy Kostiuchenko and Yehor Oliynyk. Yehor joined the service as soon as he came of age. In February 2022, he lost his leg to a mine, underwent treatment in seven hospitals, and in December took his first steps with a prosthesis at the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center. Serhiy signed the contract at the age of 20, and in May 2022, he lost his arm in the Luhansk region. After his injury, the whole country helped raise funds for his prosthesis. After joining the community of UNBROKEN in January 2023, they created the Foundation so that wounded Ukrainians could receive quality treatment, undergo rehabilitation and get back on their feet with prostheses.
Our mission
Since the first days of the foundation, our mission has been clear: to help those who have been injured during the war. We mobilize and allocate resources for the sustainable development and functioning of the UNBROKEN ecosystem in a transparent and efficient way. Our team works hard every day to ensure that Ukrainians who have been through the war can receive professional medical care in their country and return to a full life.
Our activities
The Foundation supports those affected by the war so that they can receive quality treatment, rehabilitation and prosthetics. We accumulate and use resources to provide medical care and social integration, purchase modern equipment and components for medical devices. At the same time, we support the development of the UNBROKEN ecosystem infrastructure, which allows people to undergo full treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration.
The foundation also organizes educational and cultural events involving veterans and the military. These events help them to socialize and return to active life. Among them are the Independence Day Breakfast of the Unbroken and Christmas dinners together with patients of the rehabilitation center and their families. Another important area of our activity is art therapy. The defenders participate in theater performances and other artistic practices, which helps them work with traumatic experiences through creativity.
In addition, the foundation organizes and participates in charity running marathons, in which UNBROKEN patients take part. During the races, we manage not only to demonstrate the inner strength and endurance of the unbroken, but also to raise funds for prosthetics and rehabilitation. We are working to create and develop a community of support, strength and interaction. Our goal is to grow this environment, deepen cooperation and reach even more people in need.
Our values
We believe that charity is about trust, openness and transparency. Each of your donations is used to implement real changes: prosthetics, rehabilitation, psychological support, empowerment of the UNBROKEN ecosystem, and training projects for professionals so that they can continue to improve the provision of quality medical care.
The UNBROKEN Charitable Foundation is officially registered and operates in accordance with the Charter and the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations”. We keep our financial statements openly and honestly, comply with all legal requirements, do not aim to make a profit, and are sincerely grateful to everyone who supports us with their donations. We undergo an annual voluntary audit, and the Foundation's decisions are made by an independent Supervisory Board. Requests for assistance are generated by the team of the UNBROKEN National Rehabilitation Center, and decisions are made in accordance with the real needs of patients and doctors.
Join us, because only together we are UNBROKEN!
